The current building was constructed between 1996 and 1998 based on the architectural design of DREXLER & VRBATA – ARCHITECTS. Given the narrow and elongated plot, the historic surroundings, and the neighboring buildings, the design was a challenging task. However, the architects addressed it in an original way. The facade consists of two layers – structural and decorative (semantic). Visible vertical and horizontal structures intersect with three geometric patterns (rectangle, circle, and triangle) created with dual-colored artificial stone cladding and corresponding prints on the window glass panels. According to the authors, these patterns represent the three fundamental form constants of architecture.
The new construction received recognition not only from experts but also from the general public, which warmly embraced it.
Novostavba po svém dokončení získala ocenění nejen z řad odborné, ale i laické veřejnosti, která jej vřele přijala.
We are creating a modern workplace in the heart of Prague, which will enchant you not only with its beautiful view, but also with its amenities. A total of four floors, each with a surface area* of 300 m2, offer newly reconstructed office space that stands out with its variable layouts. Therefore, we can, per your request, easily create both an open space and smaller, enclosed offices and meeting rooms with an iconic view of the statue of St Wenceslas.
Václavské náměstí (Wenceslas Square) is considered to be one of the most prestigious addresses, located in the very heart of Prague. In its direct proximity, you will find the entrances to the Metro stations of Muzeum, Můstek, and also two tram stops. Although in the centre of Prague, thanks to the direct connection to the highway network and the Magistrála Radial Road, the location is easily accessible by car.
