HISTORY

The building at Václavské náměstí 62 is located at one of the most lucrative addresses in Prague and offers a breathtaking view of the iconic statue of St Wenceslas. It is currently being reconstructed and has been designed so that it meets even the strictest criteria according to the BREEAM OUTSTANDING certificate. It is also thanks to this that at the end of 2024, you will be welcomed by boutique offices with modern technologies that can be adjusted to your needs.

The current building was constructed between 1996 and 1998 based on the architectural design of DREXLER & VRBATA – ARCHITECTS. Given the narrow and elongated plot, the historic surroundings, and the neighboring buildings, the design was a challenging task. However, the architects addressed it in an original way. The facade consists of two layers – structural and decorative (semantic). Visible vertical and horizontal structures intersect with three geometric patterns (rectangle, circle, and triangle) created with dual-colored artificial stone cladding and corresponding prints on the window glass panels. According to the authors, these patterns represent the three fundamental form constants of architecture.

The new construction received recognition not only from experts but also from the general public, which warmly embraced it.

The reconstruction of Václavské náměstí 62 was designed to meet even the most demanding environmental criteria expected from a modern building.

From the very beginning, sustainability was a key focus. Only materials and construction methods aligned with sustainable principles were used.

The building is equipped with state-of-the-art technologies, including solar panels installed on the roof. We are aiming for the highest BREEAM certification level – OUTSTANDING – as well as PENB certification under the latest 2022 standards in the “Very Efficient” category.

Newly renovated VN62 building welcomes its first visitors
We proudly unveiled the newly renovated premises of the VN62 building on Wenceslas Square. This exclusive address in the heart of Prague, right next to the National Museum, now offers boutique office spaces that meet the highest standards of a modern working environment.

During the tour, we showcased not only the office floors but also a unique duplex unit spanning over 500 m² with four terraces, as well as a representative lobby adorned with rare light green onyx. Visitors were also introduced to the latest technologies that ensure both comfort and operational efficiency throughout the building.

VN62 boasts not only a unique design but also excellent transport accessibility and stunning views. The building offers a total of five floors, each with an area of 326 m², now available for lease.
